Shipping and Returns

Shipping Costs: We offer free ground shipping within USA on orders over $35. There is a standard shipping charge of $9.99 on orders below $35. Overnight and expedited shipping is offered at an extra charge.

Shipping Time: Most orders will be shipped within two business days from the time the order is placed, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends.

Shipping time varies based on zip code. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping only to Canada. Shipping costs are calculated according to tariffs applied by the carrier and include duty, tax, or brokerage fees. All goods are shipped “Duties and taxes collect” and Darsa Organics is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, or any return shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver. We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. The receiver is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

Returns: We accept returns if the item is unopened. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please reach out to info@darsa-organics.com for details.
