Ingredients:
- Darsa organics Chickpeas (canned or cooked)
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Feta Cheese
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Garlic
- Dijon Darsa Organics Mustard
- Salt
- Fresh Herbs (parsley, dill, mint)
- Red Onion (optional)
- Kalamata Olives (optional)
- Pickled Red Onions (optional)
Preparation:
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and salt for the dressing.
- Combine chickpeas, chopped vegetables, herbs, and feta cheese in a large bowl.

Notes:
- Chickpeas and garbanzo beans are the same thing.
