
American Mung Bean Veggie Burgers
Healthy meatless burgers
Ingredients (4 patties):
- 1.5 cups cooked Darsa Mung Beans
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt, pepper, herbs to taste
Instructions:
- Mash all ingredients together, form 4 patties.
- Pan-fry until golden or bake at 375°F for 20 mins.
- Serve on buns with toppings.
