American Mung Bean Veggie Burgers

Healthy meatless burgers

Ingredients (4 patties):

  • 1.5 cups cooked Darsa Mung Beans
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mash all ingredients together, form 4 patties.
  2. Pan-fry until golden or bake at 375°F for 20 mins.
  3. Serve on buns with toppings.
